A New Jersey healthcare organization operating 5 medical centers and countless satellite offices needed to augment its network to ensure security, privacy and control between locations. After exploring the network infrastructure options, they found that many network providers simply could not deliver a solution that offered the best of efficiency, real-time data capabilities, high bandwidth, reliability and scalability. Existing providers could only offer interconnection strategies between locations with lower levels of bandwidth, and because of the physical diversity of the healthcare organization’s footprint, one carrier could not seamlessly cover the whole network.
The organization was spending a lot of vital capital on limited capacity without all of the necessary connections or diversity to cover its range of locations — especially in rural areas. This strategy put patients and operations at risk, and the healthcare provider needed a network that it could reliably rest its reputation on without fear of failure.
To provide the ideal and complete network solution this healthcare organization could depend on, ZenFi Networks provided a consultative and collaborative approach, working closely with and forming a partnership with the client to acquire a deep understanding of its immediate needs and bigger picture strategy. ZenFi Networks’ executive leadership team and network experts were extensively involved, highly accessible and hands-on at every step, fostering a keen sense of trust and support.
With this approach, the company architected an innovative network solution that offered the healthcare organization the best of scalability, control, security and coverage. ZenFi Networks understands how important the underlying network can be to deliver trusted and life-saving patient care. The healthcare organization recognized the future of superior healthcare is data driven and their partnership with ZenFi Networks has positioned them at the forefront of patient care.
